«Fois Gras» cooked in different way with chutney mendiant style

«Noix de Saint-Jacques» served in shell, with vanilla flavored langoustine bisque

MAIN DISH 

Seared beef filet and girolle mushrooms , served with truffle Anna potatoes

John Dory fillet roasted and old-style vegetables

CHEESE 

Warm goat cheese wrapped in a crispy bric with prunes served with mesclun salad

DESSERT 

Chesnut cream and pears tiramisu
