At 34, Julien Stefanizzi, the young chef and recent master of this restaurant made his debut in Paris at “Petit Colombier”, and “Apicius”, with the Chef Jean-Pierre Vigato (twice starred with his restaurant).
Eight years ago, he decided to start his own business as a personal chef and caterer for large bourgeois house. This new experience led him to travel widely and to constantly renew himself to satisfy a demanding clientele.
A meeting took him to the head of the Restaurant Club du Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, a prestigious private club located in a private mansion in the heart of Marais.
After a short experience in the kitchen of luxury hotels in Tahiti, he decided to return to Paris to open his own restaurant. Everything happens for a reason ! Le Coupe Gorge becomes the new place of his expertise.
